Privacy Policy — itispossible.me

Effective date: August 26, 2025

Contact: info@itispossible.me

This Privacy Policy explains how itispossible.me (“we”, “our”, “site”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit or interact with the site. You do not purchase products from us — we publish content and promote third-party affiliate offers. When you click affiliate links on this site, you may be redirected to third-party sites (those third parties control their own data practices). This Policy describes what we do with information we collect directly and what you should expect with respect to third parties.

If you have questions, or want to exercise rights described below, email info@itispossible.me.

1. What information we collect

Information you give us voluntarily

Contact info (for example: your name and email) when you subscribe, contact us, or send feedback.

Any other personal data you submit in forms, messages, or comments.

Automatically collected information

When you visit the site we automatically collect:

Technical data (IP address, browser type/version, device type, operating system).

Usage data (pages visited, time on site, referral source, clicks).

Cookies and similar technologies used to provide functionality, measure performance, and deliver analytics or affiliate tracking. Tracking/analytics cookies record how you use the site and help measure campaign/affiliate performance.

2. How we use your information

We use the information for purposes including but not limited to:

Operating and improving the site, content, and user experience.

Communicating with you (e.g., reply to inquiries, send optional newsletter if you opt in).

Measuring and analyzing traffic and conversions (so we can refine content and affiliate campaigns).

Complying with legal obligations and preventing abuse or fraud.

We do not sell products or process payments on this site. If you click an affiliate link and complete a purchase on a third-party site, that transaction and payment are handled by the third party.

3. Affiliate links & tracking cookies

This site uses affiliate links to third-party merchants. When you click an affiliate link you may be redirected and a tracking cookie or parameter may be placed by the affiliate network or merchant so the merchant can attribute the sale and credit commissions. Affiliate cookies are commonly used in affiliate marketing for tracking referral activity, and under privacy laws they often require user consent in many jurisdictions (unless strictly necessary).

4. Cookies & consent

We use cookies and similar technologies (first- and third-party) for essential functionality, analytics, and marketing/affiliate tracking. Where required by law, we will obtain consent before placing non-essential cookies. You can generally manage or delete cookies via your browser settings; doing so may affect site functionality. For affiliate or marketing cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will rely on consent where required.

5. Third parties & links to other sites

We may share site usage data with trusted service providers (analytics, hosting, email service providers), advertising partners, and affiliate networks. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites linked from our site. Please read their privacy policies before submitting personal information to them.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above (e.g., communications, legal compliance, analytics) or as required by law. If you request deletion (see Your Rights below), we will comply subject to legal or operational constraints (backups, legal holds, etc.).

7. Your privacy rights (summary)

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

Access — request a copy of your personal data.

Correction — request correction of inaccurate data.

Deletion — request deletion of personal data we hold about you.

Restriction / Object — ask us to restrict or object to certain processing.

Data portability — request a portable copy of your data in a common format.

Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent.

For EU/EEA/UK residents: GDPR provides these rights and requires specific transparency about processing and legal bases. See guidance on what a GDPR privacy notice should include.

For California residents: the CCPA/CPRA gives additional rights such as the right to request disclosure of categories of personal information collected, and the right to opt-out of the “sale” of personal information (note: “sale” is defined broadly and can include some sharing). We will respond to verifiable requests consistent with applicable law—see the California Attorney General guidance.

To exercise your rights: email info@itispossible.me with a clear description of your request. We will verify your identity before responding and will provide required responses within the timeframes the law requires (where applicable).

8. Children’s privacy

Our site is not intended for children under 13 (or higher minimum age where required). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child submitted personal data, email info@itispossible.me and we will take steps to remove it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach occurs that creates a real risk of harm, we will follow applicable law regarding notification to affected individuals and regulators.

10. International transfers

The site and our service providers may process or store data in countries different from yours. When we transfer personal data internationally we seek to ensure adequate legal protections (e.g., contractual safeguards) as required by law.

11. Do Not Track & browser controls

We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. To manage tracking you can:

(a) adjust cookie preferences in our cookie banner (if shown),

(b) change browser settings to block cookies, and

(c) use browser or third-party privacy tools.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows the last update. Significant changes will be posted on this page; we may also notify subscribers if appropriate.

13. Contact & complaints

Contact: info@itispossible.me — for privacy questions, data requests, or complaints.

If you are in the EU/EEA/UK you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. If you are in California and believe your rights under CCPA were violated, you may contact the California Attorney General.

14. Short summary for users (TL;DR)

We collect contact info you provide and standard technical/analytics data automatically.

We use cookies (including affiliate tracking cookies) to measure traffic and attribute affiliate referrals. You’ll be informed and asked for consent where required.

We never process payments here and we do not sell products — we link to merchants via affiliate links.

Email info@itispossible.me to request access, deletion, or other privacy actions.
