1. Order Processing

· All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

· Processing times depend on product and supplier availability.

· During high-volume periods (such as holidays or promotions), processing may take longer. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options within the contiguous United States:

· Standard Shipping:

  · Estimated Delivery: 5–15 business days after shipment.

· Expedited Shipping:

  · Availability: For select items only.

  · Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment.

  · Note: Rates vary based on product weight and destination.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or logistical events beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

· Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

· Tracking information typically becomes active on the carrier’s website within 24–48 hours of shipment.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

5. Important Disclaimers

· Shipping Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

· Undeliverable Packages: Packages returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded for the product cost, minus the original and return shipping fees.

· Shipping Damages & Loss: We are not liable for products damaged or lost during transit by the carrier.

  · If your order arrives damaged: Please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Retain all original packaging and the damaged item(s), as the carrier will require this for inspection. Please also notify us at info@itispossible.me so we can assist you in this process and work with our supplier to help resolve the issue where possible.
